A colheita de café da safra brasileira 2016/17 foi indicada em 91% até 23 de agosto. O número faz parte do levantamento semanal de Safras & Mercado para a evolução da colheita da safra. Tomando por base a última estimativa de SAFRAS para a produção de café do Brasil em 2016/17, de 54,9 milhões de sacas de 60 quilos, é apontado que foram colhidas 50,06 milhões de sacas até o dia 23. A colheita evoluiu 5 pontos percentuais em relação à semana anterior.

A colheita está adiantada em relação a igual período do ano passado, quando 89% da colheita estava realizada.
